Our staff's commitment to customer service has resulted in our service department being awarded Certified Platinum Dealer; BRP Evinrude / Johnson's highest rating. This status is only awarded to dealers who have maintained an exceptional Customer Service Index rating over the years. In order to maintain this status, a dealer must also commit to ongoing technician training to stay current with the yearly changes in technology.

To maintain Certified Platinum Dealer status, a dealer must also maintain a parts department capable of handling most repair situations. We have a full time dedicated parts manager working hand-in-hand with our service manager to keep any boating downtime you may experience to a minimum.
